It captures operational events and metadata as emergency calls move through the Emergency Services IP Network (ESInet), creating a secure, searchable record of system activity from call ingress to call delivery.
Designed for Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs), NG9-1-1 service providers, and network operators, i3-Log records events across NG9-1-1 Core Services (NGCS), including Session Border Controllers (SBCs), routing functions, and other critical network elements. Authorized users can securely search, review, and report on historical events through a web-based interface, improving operational visibility, troubleshooting, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
i3-Log™ serves as the centralized event logging platform for NG9-1-1 operations. It captures and stores operational events throughout the entire emergency call lifecycle—from the Originating Service Provider (OSP), across the Emergency Services IP Network (ESInet), through NG9-1-1 Core Services (NGCS), and ultimately to the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP).
