We are currently taking applications for:
Area
Managers
The Area Manager must have extensive knowledge
of all communication solutions employed by E911
centers including CAD/mapping systems, E911
telephony, Radio, Mobile Data and Record
Management Systems. This individual will be
responsible for lead generation, data
collection, developing and presenting proposals
to prospective customers, closing sales and
account management. Area Managers will need to
contact and generate opportunities to City,
County and State agencies as well as private
entities. Additionally, the Area Manager will be
responsible for developing relationships with
new partners within their assigned territory.
Minimum Requirements: Strong communication
skills and extensive experience within the
Emergency Communications/E911 Industry. The
qualified candidate must be able to work
independently, be self-motivated to achieve
monthly and quarterly goals, have good
decision-making skills, the ability to provide
high levels of customer service, and the ability
to interact positively with customers to offer
customized solutions.
Education: College degree preferred.
Experience: 5 years of experience within the
emergency communications/E911 industry.

Agents
Synergem is actively searching for Agents to sell Synergem products and solutions in select markets throughout the United States. The following is a profile of what an Agent for Synergem would be responsible for:
The focus of the Synergem Agent is to sell products and services within their assigned territory. Once sales have been made the Agent is then responsible for add-on sales and account management to the clients. As an agent for Synergem it would be the responsibility of the Agent to meet with prospects as well as current customers to develop customized solutions for the Emergency Communications/E911/EMS reporting needs of the client. The Agent must maintain knowledge of all product offerings and understand CAD systems, E911 Products, Record Management Software, and EMS Mobile Computing and Reporting. The agent will be responsible for lead generation, data collection, and presenting proposals to prospective customers, closing sales and account management. The Agent will assist Synergems Director of sales in the development of proposals and pricing strategies for our targeted opportunities.
The ideal agent is an individual or a company that currently represents products sold into the emergency services market. As an agent for Synergem, a Vendor Neutral manufacturer independent integrator, the agent will enhance their current product line to include the countries most advanced and sought after Emergency services hardware and software, with the ability to sell a single point of contact integration solution to end users.
